36th Annual Trivia competition - annual fund-raiser for VITAL (Volunteers In Tutoring Adult Learners) the library's Adult Literacy program
The VITAL Quiz Bowl is a fun, fast paced trivia competition that raises funds and awareness for the Library's adult literacy program. Thirty-two teams compete during single elimination rounds, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, April 15-18, 2019 in the Monroe County Public Library Auditorium. This is a pay to play event. Proceeds support learning opportunities for adults, learning to read and write, do basic math, use computers, or learn English.
New Teams Welcome
Gather your friends, family, or co-workers. Create a team, wear unique costumes, and bring a cheering section! Have fun answering trivia questions on art, entertainment, common knowledge, history, sports, and more. Teams are made up of 4 players plus alternates if needed. The $180 team fee helps purchase materials, supplies, and provide training and support for VITAL volunteers and learners.
